Die Highlights sind die ehemaligen Erzgruben in Auerbach, Maffei und Leonie, sowie das Kloster Michelfeld.
Zwischen Königstein und Auerbach ist ein Teil des Weges frisch geschottert, da macht das Fahren keinen Spaß, ebenso schlecht ist ein Abschnitt nach dem Bahnhof Michelfeld.
Der Rest der Tour ist gut befahrbar.
