Heute mit dem Team Ü40 über die HOAG-Trasse Richtung Tetraeder. 🚵‍♂️ Die Halde bezwungen, anschließend durch Bottrop vorbei am Schacht Prosper-Haniel zur Grafenmühle für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp.

Danach durchs Rotbachtal zurück nach Hause. Schöne Runde mit guter Truppe – Ü40, aber noch lange nicht im Ruhestand!
