A fun day out at Schmeidefeld for the 10th Rennsteig Ride. Everyone super friendly & it was a great atmosphere. Many paths changed from what I had seen before with a lot more technical downhills. 1st lap was amazing, the 2nd not so great. Happy with race management & was reasonably strong in the last 10k. I only did it for the awesome finishers medal.
75 riders in the marathon & 14 in the Masters 3 group (50-59yrs). Happy with the 4th place finish.
