Day 3 was meant to be another short riding day. Dark clouds had me wondering in Kuchl whether I'd make it to Salzburg dry-shod. Fortunately, I made it almost into Salzburg's centre before the heavy rain kicked in. The route from Bischofshofen to Salzburg was a bit patchy at first, given all those kilometres along the roadside. The climbs at Hohenwerfen and Pass Lueg were two little highlights. Luckily there wasn't much car traffic thanks to some roadworks.
