Ideale Trainingsrunde...da nicht sehr lang und alle Höhenmeter sind auf den ersten 4 km😜, somit schön knackig und bei diesem Wetter dann auch fordernd.... aber die komplette Strecke ist im Wald und somit super bei der heutigen Temperatur.... außerdem liegt das Wassertretbecken auch noch auf dem Weg.... übrigens gem. dem Namen ein hoher Pfadanteil
