Gestartet in Brunnadern über Hemberg, Wattwil, Lichtensteig, Dietfurt, Mosnang, Lütisburg, Tufertschwil, Winzenberg, Moosbad, Degersheim, Mogelsberg, Ebersol, Necker, Brunnadern.
Zwei besonderheiten waren für mich die Abfahrt nach dem Wolfensberg bei Degersheim und runter nach Necker. Die Tour führt oft auf befestigten Nebenstrassen, es gibt ein paar Meter auf Hauptstrassen und Wald- Schotter Strassen.
