Gleich zweimal war die Schleuseninsel in Runkel mein Ziel.
Schwimmanteil beim ersten Mal ca. 1.400m und beim zweiten Stopp ca. 500m.
Abends höre ich dann vom neuen Weltrekord in 1.500m Freistil mit 14'26".
Dafür darf ich freilich noch etwas trainieren.
