Molta strada molto trafficata ma per fortuna anche oggi c'era lo spazio dedicato alle bici. In breve arriviamo al Col du Telegraphe. Poi molta discesa. Poi si riprende la salita prima costante fino a che lasciamo la strada per una stradina molto bella e senza traffico. Porta su ai Forti de l'Esseillons. Dura la salita ma stupendo il panorama! Poi un po di saliscendi fino al campeggio di Lanslebourg.
