As its a circular route you can start/end it where you want. Follow the parish flower emblem although the sign posting is a little to be desired! There are two zones: shady side and sunny side, we preferred the shady side by far! More forest woodland and nature. The sunny side had the hum of traffic from the "motorway" and the trails were linked by tarmac! Not great when you only have off road trainers on! There are definately better trails for that kind of elevation but If you prefer to be close to towns than isolated in the mountains, it's better.
