Salida desde Laufen, subiendo hasta el pico Forstberg (809 m.) ybajada a Laufen. Del k 5,5 al 6,5 voy fuera pista disfrutando del bosque pero es una subida dura. Después del pico bajo, también, fuera de pista medio k, muy bonito.
