Leaving the tranquil village La Brigue and downhill run before the Col de Brouis (870m), 9km and 570m altitude- really nice climb. Only to realise 3km on the descent towards Sospel that the road was closed and all traffic had to return back. This meant new route planning how to get now to Nice.
