Feierabendrunde durch das Landschaftlich aktuell schöne Heckengäu 🥰, mit eingebaut ein paar ordentliche Trail Intervalle ↗️ (🤷‍♂️Wadenbeiser🦵💥) und zum Schluss noch ein Zeitfahren gegen das anrückende ⛈️ -das habe ich knapp gewonnen 😀 hatte aber seinen Preis war danach ganz schön paniert 🥵 😅 .
