Von Tamins über den Lavoitobel-Trail hoch zur Ringelspitzhütte (2000m). Danach einen kleinen Abstecher zum Bühel-Gipfel und dann weiter über die Sandböda zum Taminser Gletscher (3000m). Abstieg wieder über die Ringelspitzütte Richtung Kunkelpass zurück nach Tamins
