Die Route stammt von einem Community-Upload auf outdooractive.com. Ich bin ihr bis auf wenige Schlenker gefolgt. Da ich etwas weiter unten gestartet bin, wurde meine Strecke etwas länger.
Die Route führt zunächst durch teils stark bewachsene, ausgetrocknete Wasserläufe. Mehrere Trinkwasserstellen liegen auf dem Weg. Ab der Baumgrenze wird es deutlich angenehmer. Oben angekommen erwartet einen im Sommer (Stand Juli 2026) eine Hütte mit netten Betreibern, bei der es Tee, Kaffee, Bier etc. gibt. Ich empfehle den Loop oberhalb des Sees – die Aussicht ist wirklich atemberaubend.

The route is based on a community upload from outdooractive.com. I followed it almost entirely, with just a few small detours. Since I started a bit lower down, my hike ended up being slightly longer.
The trail first takes you through dry, overgrown riverbeds. There are several drinking water sources along the way. Once you reach the treeline, the hike becomes much more pleasant. At the top (as of July 2026), there's a mountain hut run by friendly hosts where you can grab tea, coffee, beer, and more. I definitely recommend doing the loop above the lake—the views are absolutely breathtaking.
