Ride from Tim’s place in Beaconsfield on some lovely shady trails and minor roads eventually ending up at the cock and rabbit again. Then back.
Very hot. But felt much better after this ride that many other cooler rides. There is a lesson here. I focused so much on hydration today that I came through and felt great.
Carrot cake at Cock and Rabbit great. Stopped for a refreshing pint of ginger beer shandy at The Royal Standard. Then a Lancashire cheese sandwich back at tim and Sue’s and a good old chat. Perfect.
