ho fatto il percorso in senso antiorario, il ritorno dalle cascate verso San Benedetto lungo. il sentiero 409 è stato (almeno per me) molto impegnativo e faticoso viste le forti pendenze sia in salita che in discesa.
Consigliato a persone con buon allenamento e con calzature adeguate !
