From the carpark at the lift, a nice winding route around the lower slops much of it wooded with great views along the way and local info points on particular nature in the area and some historic points relating to the mountains past and landslides.
Out of the tree line the meadow opens up and you can see the summit, I lift is available again here, which makes it a busy place generally with many taking the various lifts to the top, the however, although tough in places with steep sections doesn’t take long and a few bars along the way if you need a refreshing drink! At the top you get great views all around with particular mountain groups highlighted on the information. A busy area and everyone wants a photo of the Seceda ridge, with people queuing to get their shot! Many that arrive by lift flock to this area before taking the lift down again.
Starting the decent this route avoids the section with a charge €5 to walk to the view point the other end! Possible to access if you want to take the hard higher trail from the other side.
Defending gently you wind your way across the green open space with beautiful meadow flowers, as you switch paths over the gate it becomes quieter , still looping out, you pass the various rock formations. Entering the bowl you decent past a few more huts with cattle, horses and donkeys about. The final section is tougher as the path remains wide for vehicle access the gradient can start to pound the feet and legs, a few benches along the way if needed offer rest. The final few meters along the road brings you back to the car park.
It was about €10 to back for the duration of this walk.
Depending on time of day and year, expect thunderstorms in the afternoons, great to see but a waterproof might be needed.
