Auf dem Weg nach Timmenrode, haben wir bei beginnender Hitze, die Fahrt unterbrochen und sind zum Josephskreuz gewandert.
Nach 197 Stufen stand ich auf der Plattform und konnte meine Blicke schweifen lassen. Danach ging es zum Auto zurück.
Die Gastro (bei der Wirtin gibt es einen Extra - JOSEPHKREUZSTEMPEL) hatte geöffnet - von 12-17 Uhr, der P - Platz ist kostenpflichtig (kein Bargeld) und der "Turmaufstieg" ist f. 4€ (m. Kurkarte f. 3€) zu haben.
