Preso il treno fino a Soligano e circa alle 12.30 siamo partiti (i treni precedenti non portavano bici), salitona infinita sotto il sole con un caldo disumano fino a Cassio, una volta sul Monte abbiamo fatto 2 volte il Twister Trail, poi siamo scesi ai salti del diavolo e infine abbiamo fatto il Devil Trail e ultimo tratto di discesa molto panoramica su asfalto.
