An early start for the first long stage of the TT, starting of with a climb to the old center of campiglia marittima.
A gradual climb and the legs still fresh, so everything went smooth.
Then followed a long winding section with constant views of the sea, be it from the beach or high up.
From there the trail went inland, with a lot of climbing in the last 30ish km. The last 2 climbs of the day were a struggle, just granny gears and very slowly pedaling uphill 🐌
