Chilling in Cairns

Today I was biking around to see which bike shop could change my cassette on the rear wheel. In fact I had written to one company a week ago but never got an answer. So I rode to that company and the lady said that they are fully booked and they could perhaps do it in 6 days. So I said that I could take the wheel out and bring it to them. In that case the change of the cassette would take 15 min. She said they could not do it. I told her that I had contacted them a week ago but never got an answer. No apologies or friendly "let's try". The lady said that they are the local TREK dealer. I have had significantly different experiences with other TREK dealers in Australia and in the US.

Anyway I went to GIANT and they were also fully booked but they made it possible. Very cool! Thank you guys from GIANT!
