A four-Wainwright loop from Hartsop taking in Rest Dodd, The Nab, Angletarn Pikes and Brock Crags, with fine views west to the Helvellyn range and east across the High Street ridge.
The route isn’t the tidiest – a couple of out-and-backs rather than a clean circuit – but it covers good ground for a half-day.
Mostly grassy tracks throughout. The steepest section is the descent off Rest Dodd toward The Nab.
