Ein langer Anstieg vom Meer bis zum Höhenweg Terre Alte. Zuerst auf Asphalt und höher fordert eine knackige Naturstrasse unsere Ausdauer. Weiter geht es über den Colle del Melogno bis zur Nato-Base. Zum Schluss geniessen wir noch die Abfahrt auf dem Crestina Trail.☀️☀️☀️
