Day 19 Los Barrios to Pelayo

A 5 hr steady, winding climb on wide mountain track gave some great views back over Los Barrios, the industrial port of Algericas and Gibraltar. Lots of evidence of landslides over whole mountain from the winter storms. There are warning signs all the way but today was a very hot day, with no wind at all. The wind turbines in the distance didn’t move an inch. Couldn’t access some of the routes towards the bottom of the mountain so had to divert alongside a busy road. Great to arrive at our little cabin in the woods( Huerta Grande)
