Der wilde Cholersbach, hat die Tüfelsschlucht tief in das Juragestein eingefressen. Steile Felswände, Grotten, Höhlen und Strudellöcher sind so entstanden. Weiter ansteigend führt der Weg zur Gwidemhöchi und auf die Belchenflue. Von hier aus besteht ein herrlicher Ausblick bis zu den Alpen und auf der anderen Seite bis über alle Juraketten in den Schwarzwald und die Vogesen.
