The Alpine path is by far one of the most adventurous tours in the Black Forest. The old hiking trail meanders along the steep western slopes of the Feldberg through a rustic spell forest. The section is not very long, but it is a real treat even for experienced hikers. You scramble over rocks, duck…
The path should only be walked with suitable shoes, sure-footedness and a certain head for heights! possibly Reverse the running direction, there is a 2m high rock face to overcome, which is easier going up. Sometimes there is a rope, but often not.
