Start in der Linzer Altstadt rheinabwärts Richtung Bad Hönningen, mit der Fähre nach Bad Breisig. Weiter auf dem Rheinradweg rheinaufwärts bis zur Ahrmündung, vorbei an Sinzig auf der Ersatzroute des Ahrradweg bis zur historischen Altstadt von Heimersheim kurz vor Bad Neuenahr, kurzer Stopp in Sinzig.
Ab dort leider ohne GPS, also offline, über die Rheinallee bis zur Fähre Kripp-Linz. Insgesamt eine schöne und empfehlenswerte 40 km lange Tour.
