Die für uns bisher anstrengendste Etappe, die aber echt viel zu bieten hat. Die Wege führen über Felder, durch Wälder und über Berge. Mach den langen Abstieg von Berg runter, befindet sich ca. 1km nach der Stauanlage ein Restaurant mit Essen, Klo und Betten. Am Ende folgt ein letzter Aufstieg über die Bundesstraße und einen kleinen Waldabschnitt. Die Herberge in Grande de Salas ist zwar alt, aber völlig ausreichend. Sie verfügt über eine Küche, Sofas und ein kleines Außengelände.
