Charming spot with an old stone bridge over the River Rye. Links the tracks and paths around Rievaulx (east side) with tracks and a road to Old Byland (west side).

A lovely little loop through fields and up through woodland around the picturesque village of Rievaulx. All humans and dogs were well looked after back at the Abbey cafe. If you are using the Abbey you can park in their car park. Public toielts are also available.

Small loop with great views Rievaulx Abbey.

Quite muddy this time of the year but otherwise pushchair friendly.

This loop is great for little explorers who are confident walking and likes challenges as it has a few steep sections.

We parked at the Methodic Church, where is okay to park anyday but when they have service.
