This hiking trail is not spectacular, but a nice round trip from the bustling Isenachweiher to the lonely Wolfental on many beautiful paths on which hiking is a lot of fun!
There are wonderful hiking trails, among other things. along the Isenachweiher, from the Einsiedlerbrunnen up to the Königstuhl boundary stone and then a section back down into the Wolfental. …

Nice little unexcited round. I walked the last stretch of the road to the Forsthaus Isenach parallel to the actual path. It's only 200m, but it's much prettier and you can get past the fish ladder.
By the way, the forester's lodge is on winter break until March. Sitting by the lake and enjoying a cold drink has its appeal.

Second small round of the day along the Isenachweiher and through the Wolfental. The pond had a wonderful reflection and in some places it looked jet black. Then it went wonderfully up through the colorful autumn forest via little paths and downhill again in a large arc to the starting point.
