A beautiful and cozy winter hike on the Scheidegger Höhenweg trail with fantastic views. Definitely bring a sled. There are so many hills to slide down! Until January 25th, there's also the Lantern Trail with beautifully decorated lanterns along the way. It must be especially lovely in the evening.

Beautiful winter hike in bright sunshine from the Alpenfreibad car park in Scheidegg. The circular tour took us along the Kreuzberg high trail and offered fantastic views of the snow-covered Allgäu landscape. There were numerous tobogganers along the way who also enjoyed the winter conditions. A perfect day for an active break in the wintery nature!
