The Bisse de Vercorin path described is very pleasant, mostly in the forest, soft ground, hardly any elevation gain except at the beginning. The same route back would be recommended, but we opted for the option via Les Mayens de Rechy. Unfortunately, this is not recommended at all for hikers with knee problems!
