We took the train from Bad König to Michelstadt and then hiked back.

What fantastic weather! Golden, brown, and red autumn colors. Sparkling waters and a fragrant autumn forest (am I the only one who thinks that damp autumn woods smell a bit like gingerbread and speculoos?).
