Als Wanderstrecke nicht besonders empfehlenswert. Fast die Hälfte der Strecken führen durch Gewerbegebiete oder direkt an der Bahnstrecke entlang.
Den Althäuser See kann man von der Strecke aus gar nicht sehen. Dazu müsste man einen kleinen Umweg im Gewerbegebiet gehen. Dort ist auch ein kleines Restaurant / Imbiss mit einer schönen Aussicht auf den See von der kleinen Terasse.
