The tour is OK overall. The old mills are beautifully restored, worth seeing and definitely worth a visit with a rest stop (with food). However, large parts of the tour lead through dense forest (which is actually beautiful), but you hardly get any views of the landscape and the topography. It's a shame that you see so little of the …

Today we went to the Siebenmühlental. The valley itself is very beautiful.

The route runs along the old railway line that was converted into a cycle racing track.

An official hiking trail is closed at the Schlösslesmühle. It leads directly past the mill.

Add to that the noise of cars and motorbikes that echoes through the valley.
