To start the year, a small but beautiful hike along the ridge near Albstadt - Ebingen. No huge climbs or descents and mostly on gravel or natural forest paths. There were still no leaves in the beech forest, but that meant the path was mostly sunny. Despite it being Sunday and the sun shining, we were pretty much alone.

Since the weather forecast for today was even worse than yesterday's, I only chose a very short, "flat" loop suggested by Komoot.
There are definitely positive things about this walk: I was outside and took lots of detailed photos...📷
In retrospect, I enjoyed the loop much more looking through the pictures on my laptop than I did while running 🤣
