Whilst concrete isn't the best for walking on, when we walked this section of the South Downs Way we were flanked either side by bright yellow oil seed rape fields (May 2022) which increased its beauty remarkably.

This is a lovely section of the South Downs Way which climbs north from Falmer on the A27 through up an open track. It then descends along the woodland Bunkershill Plantation before emerging in an open landscape towards Blackcap.
