Garachico is one of the most original places in Tenerife and well worth seeing.
Today we hiked steeply up about 500m from there with beautiful views of the town. After a rest in Tanque Bajo (delicious sea bream), we went back down to Garachico on another Camino with equally great views.

Today's hike began with a 300-meter climb up an old, narrow path. Since "Kalima" (dust, winds, and clouds from Africa) is currently present, it wasn't particularly warm, but the air was somewhat stuffy.

Passing several viewpoints, we descended on a narrower connecting path back to the old port city of Carachico.
