In this case, the path was not the goal. Through olive groves, but no shade. The mountain lake was worth it though. Good introductory round on vacation.

A very nice tour. Not recommended in 34-degree heat. Take a pedal boat to the other side to the mangroves, where the turtles are; we also saw two large eels. Bring water shoes, as the beach has sharp stones. The water is beautifully clear.
