On the Saale cycle path between Leißling and Schönburg you can admire it at Goseck height looking towards the Saale: Goseck Castle with its manor and castle church! Since I often passed here on my Saale bike tours and became curious, I visited Goseck Castle directly another time as part of an excursion. A visit is worth it. You come to Goseck via the town of Markröhlitz (between Naumburg and Weißenfels).
The castle church is a real highlight. On the estate you can enjoy organic cakes and lemonades. A short hike on the slope promises fantastic views and pure romance!

A nice route, but not necessarily at 38 degrees as there is hardly any shade until Weißenfels. From Weißenfels you can use the numerous bathing areas on the Saale for refreshments.
