Round on and around the Giouchtas, an approx. 800 m high mountain with three peaks south of Heraklion with sometimes strong gusts of wind, on the summit very strong and light rain again and again. Nevertheless, the round through this exceptionally beautiful, wild landscape was a lot of fun and will be remembered.

Nice walk. First 3.5 km climb to the top. You see the krikri kids everywhere. At the top of the summit is a small church with a beautiful view.
Down is a descent where you have to concentrate well. The last bit is asphalt and goes up steeply. A little less fun unfortunately.
