Highlight • Castle

Roddi of ancient Celtic origin is a splendid village located on a hill 10 km from Alba. Seat of the only "university for truffle dogs". Worthy of note is its parish church and its castle with a nearby medieval tower.

Barolo Chapel (Brunate Chapel)

Highlight • Religious Site

Built in 1914 and used by vineyard workers, this chapel has never been consecrated. After years of neglect, in 1999 the artists Sol LeWitt and David Tremlett repainted it internally and externally. It is now one of the most visited and photographed buildings in these hills.

The Novello area, in the Langhe, offers trails that wind through vineyards and hills suitable for different levels of experience. The "Sentiero delle Langhe" connects Novello to nearby villages, offering splendid views and technical descents. From the Novello castle you can enjoy a panoramic view of the valley below.

Fantastic simple tour with medium climbs done both muscular with medium-high training and ebike, passes through the fantastic viewpoints of Verduno and Lamorra, once you arrive in Barolo leave the trail for a tour in the historic center and a spritz before the final stage, or once you arrive in Grinzane have it at the castle bar.

The Langh in this period are the best all the vineyards loaded with very beautiful grapes the path does not present particular difficulties if you see the photo of a closed gate no problem next to it bike by hand you pass I recommend the route with a full bike quite stony
