The last several miles of this walk are very overgrown with prickly bushes and are boulderous under foot making it a very slow, hard slog with little views. The route takes much longer than anticipated because of this - allow 6-7hrs in summer.
When you leave the Lycian way, switch from following the red/white markers to the blue markers.
