Rail traffic from Cologne to Aachen very punctual. Bus SB 66 to Monschau today a catastrophe. Due to construction site on the B 258 in Roetgen, road traffic towards Monschau was absolutely standstill. For over an hour, we didn't move an inch. Thanks for the "great" construction site management to Landesbetrieb Straßen.NRW.

After a brisk walk and a nice overnight stay in Burghotel we took a walk in and around Monschau.
You keep shooting here. Beautiful city and fortunately reasonably well recovered from the flooding.
As a resident of Roermond it is interesting to see how "our" Roer flows through Monschau, on its way to the Maas.
