Actually I don't know if there is a network of cycling knots here. But you won't need it, it's indeed easy to make you own itinerary.

A lot of road closures and diversions at the start of the route. It became a bit of a puzzle. So I wouldn't recommend copying this route 1 on 1. Nice wind along the Wadden Sea and a warm sun.
