The original route is very nice, lots of trails. The additional loop is a bit rough.

A really beautiful tour, always close to the sea, but at an altitude of around 300 m. I hadn't expected that 14 km could be so demanding. The heat, loose, gravelly ground and stepped, short and steep ramps make 350 meters of altitude feel like 1000. But around 10 km of single flow trail makes up for it.

The search for new paths on the Manie plateau continues. Very humid bottoms left by the recent rains, but a splendid day and breathtaking landscapes. The 24H up to the malpasso is always worth a visit up to the cliffs perpendicular to the via Aurelia.
