In Endarlatsa there is a sign that the section is cut. After doubting whether to go on the road, I saw that a group of people were coming by cycling and I asked them about the state of the road: it is perfectly fine. Well, almost, removing 10m past the old San Miguel station, the rest is perfectly cyclable.
