Half loop (1st quarter and last quarter) of the Red graded VTT 4, MTB Loop through the forest. Look carefully as it does not use the tarmac cycleway (green on the map) it runs alongside, so 100%, twisty, narrow, rooty (in places) & natural singletrack (sandy in places).

25 km of narrow, twisty, super singletrack, part of the VTT Route 4 waymarked MTB trail through the Forêt de la Coubre.
The only downside is there are some soft sandy patches along the way which are hard to ride & steer through 🥵
