This morning we took the ferry from Grado to Lignano.
If you do this too: be there early! The ferry only has 10 spaces for bicycles, so it's time to stay or kick around outside. And that would be a shame, because the drive through the lagoon is worth it! (Especially when it comes to the price-performance ratio.)

Today I got up early and took this tour around Lignano. At 6:30 a.m., it's not that hot yet, and this beautiful tour is easily manageable. From our campsite, we head along the beach toward town. Then past the yacht harbor and back along the other side of the peninsula. All without mountains.
