Argine degli Angeli...don't go there during the mosquito hatching period...it was a massacre! Luckily the "mountains" of insects on the path were male so they didn't bite but it was a feat...on Sunday red dot for traffic and the "type" of cyclists💩

On the 17th day of our bikeback tour through Bella Italia, we cycled through the Po Delta, one of the largest wetlands in Europe. It's home to more than 350 species of wild birds, including, of course, greater flamingos. We enjoyed watching the flamingos wading through the shallow, salty water.
